What the site had to do
A lot of people assume a grey, stained or gappy floor is beyond saving and budget for a new one. The site needed to change that belief, give local homeowners a low-effort way to find out whether their floor can be rescued, and show up when they search for a floor specialist in their own town.
What we built
- “Send us a photo.” The central call to action is simply to send a picture of the floor. Epic Floors replies honestly with whether sanding will work, or whether replacing it makes more sense — a much smaller step for a homeowner than booking a visit.
- The case for restoration, in plain English. Sanding removes less than a millimetre of timber and a solid floor can take it many times, so bringing an original floor back is usually cheaper than replacing it — and gives you a floor you cannot buy new.
