A free website for your business.
We are giving the first ten away to local businesses, built properly and handed over in full. No subscription, no contract, and nothing to pay. This page explains exactly what that means and where the catch isn’t.
The first 10 websites · then £49 once
FREEWe need a portfolio.
You need a website.
That is the entire arrangement, and we would rather say it plainly than dress it up.
We are new
Two of us, working out of Sittingbourne. We can talk all day about what we would build for you, but nothing persuades a business owner like ten finished websites they can look at. We have not got ten yet. That is the whole reason this offer exists.
It costs us very little
We build with AI tools — Claude Code for the site itself, ChatGPT for a logo or images if you need them. What used to take a fortnight takes a few days, so giving ten away costs us time rather than money. After the ten, a build is £49.
We are not after your data
There is no catch hidden in the small print. We do not sell anything on, we do not tie you to hosting, and we do not keep control of the files. You can walk away with the lot the day it goes live.
A review helps, but it is not the price
If you end up pleased with the site, an honest Google review or a word to someone you know is the best thing you could do for us. If you are not pleased, please do not leave one. It is not a condition of anything, and the website is yours either way.
Small businesses that get work by being found.
Trades
Plumbers, electricians, roofers, joiners, decorators, appliance engineers. The people whose customers search on a phone, usually in a hurry.
Shops and salons
Cafés, barbers, salons, independent shops — anywhere people check your opening hours and what you look like before they come in.
Anyone with no site, or a bad one
A Facebook page and nothing else, or a site built years ago that does not work on a phone. Both are fine starting points.
Where the limits are.
Everything free has an edge somewhere. Here is ours, up front.
Ten, and then it stops
When the ten are gone the price becomes £49 for a build. If you get one of the free ten, we never come back asking for money for it.
A normal small-business website
A handful of pages built around what you do. Not an online shop with a thousand products, not a booking system wired into your diary. If you need one of those we will tell you straight away rather than take it on badly.
We need your bits
Photos of your work, your phone number, your logo if you have one. We can write the words and make a logo, but we cannot invent pictures of jobs you have done.
Hosting and changes are separate
The build is free. If you want us to host it that is £7 a month and you can leave whenever. Changes later are £30 an hour. Or host it yourself and change it yourself — you will have the files.
The ones people actually ask.
Is it genuinely free?
Yes. No deposit, no card details, nothing to sign. We build it, you look at it, and if you want it we put it live and hand over the files. If you do not want it, that is the end of it and you owe us nothing.
What is the catch?
We need a portfolio. Ten real websites for real local businesses is worth more to us than the money we would have charged for them. After the ten, the price goes to £49.
Do I have to leave a Google review?
No. We would be glad of an honest one if you are pleased with the site, and we will ask once. But it is not a condition, and we would rather have no review than a review you did not mean.
Who owns the website?
You do, completely. Every file is handed over. Host it where you like, and if you ever want somebody else to work on it, they can. We do not hold anything back.
What if I already have a website?
That is usually easier. We copy your content across and rebuild it properly, and you keep your domain, your content and your place in search results.
How long does it take?
About a week from the point we have your photos and details. You see it before it goes anywhere near the public.
Where are you?
Sittingbourne, Kent. We work with businesses across the UK and further afield, but if you are local you are welcome to come and sit with us while we build it.
Tell us what you need.
Send us a few lines about what you do and we’ll come back to you the same day. This is the quickest way to reach us. Photos of your work are welcome — drag them straight in.
