You have to pinch and zoom on a phone
More than half the people looking you up are on a phone. If they have to zoom in to read your number, most of them give up and ring somebody else.
It takes forever to load
Every extra second loses visitors. Old sites are usually stuffed with oversized photos and plugins that nobody has touched in years.

We keep your page addresses the same, and redirect any we can't. Google keeps recognising the pages it already ranks. A faster, mobile-friendly site usually helps over time, though nobody can promise a position.

Addresses on your domain carry on working. We don't touch your mail while the website changes.

When it's finished the new site is yours outright. No subscription, no licence, nobody to ask permission.

Most of the sites we're asked to redesign are WordPress. Some are Wix or Squarespace. A few are hand-built pages from fifteen years ago that nobody has opened since. All of it is fine.
WordPress
We rebuild it as a plain, fast website. No plugins to update, no themes to renew, no admin login to lose. If you genuinely need to edit pages yourself, tell us and we'll sort something that suits.
Wix & Squarespace
These are rented, like the subscription studios. We copy your content across and build you something you own, so the monthly fee stops.
Anything else
Old hand-coded pages, a site from a company that's gone under, something a relative built years ago. Send us the address and we'll tell you where you stand.

Just the web address of your current site. We'll look at it and tell you honestly what's worth keeping and what needs starting again.
We take the content off it
Your words, your photos, your services, your phone number. You don't need logins, passwords or anything from whoever built it.
We build the new one
Alongside the old site, not over the top of it. You see the whole thing and ask for changes before a penny changes hands.
We switch it over
Usually a few minutes of work at a quiet time of day. Same address, new website, and every file handed to you.
The awkward ones, answered.
I don't have the login for my old site. Is that a problem?
No, and it's the single most common thing people tell us. We can rebuild from what's publicly on the site. The only thing you genuinely need access to is your domain name — the account where the address itself is registered. If you've lost that too, tell us and we'll help you recover it before we start.
Will I drop off Google?
Not if it's done properly. We keep your existing page addresses wherever we can, and put redirects in place for any that have to change, so Google carries the pages it already knows across to the new site. What we won't do is promise you'll rank higher — anyone who guarantees a position on Google is guessing. A faster, mobile-friendly site gives you a better chance than a dated one, and that's the honest version.
My site is on WordPress and I pay for hosting and plugins. What happens to all that?
Once the new site is live you can cancel the plugin licences and the WordPress-specific hosting. The site we build is plain HTML, so it runs on anything and needs nothing renewed. Keep your domain registration, obviously. If you'd like us to host it, that's £7 a month, and you can leave whenever you like because you've got the files.
Can you keep my logo and colours?
Yes. If you've got branding that people recognise, we build around it. If you haven't, or you'd like it refreshed, say so and we'll look at that as part of the job.
What if I've got a lot of pages?
Send us the address and we'll tell you before you commit. A handful of pages is a straightforward £199 job. If you've got sixty pages or a shop with hundreds of products, that's a bigger piece of work and we'll quote you properly rather than pretend otherwise.
What if I don't like it?
You see the finished site before you pay anything. Tell us what to change and we'll change it. If you decide you'd rather stay as you are, your old site is still sitting there untouched and you owe us nothing.
